Prosciutto Crudo – whole boneless leg is an emblematic representative of the Italian culinary tradition, made from carefully selected pork leg. The production process follows classic technology, preserving the authenticity and refined taste of this renowned delicacy.

After thorough preparation, the leg is salted twice over about 20 days, allowing the salt to penetrate evenly and create the characteristic aromatic profile. The drying process takes place in special cells at a temperature between +2 and +3°C and humidity above 75%, which prevents the development of unwanted microorganisms and ensures the safety and stability of the product.

After salting, the leg is washed and left to dry for 90–100 days until the desired weight loss is achieved. Then aging continues under carefully controlled temperature for a period exceeding seven months, during which the meat acquires a rich taste, slightly sweet aroma and velvety texture.

Boneless Prosciutto Crudo is ideal for thin slicing, antipasti, gourmet platters, pizzas and pasta. It is distinguished by its natural taste, without artificial additives, with each piece carrying the taste of true Italy.
