  • Filling:
    • Brie Cheese: MILK cow, salt, rennet, lactic ferments, selected moulds (Penicillium candidum).
    • Speck: Pork meat, salt, spices, aromatic plants, dextrose, preservative: E250 (sodium nitrite).
  • Finishing: Whole EGGS (for surface brushing).
