1. Choose Your Base
Select a soup base or cooking style from our menu. Hot pot, grill, or combination.
2. Self-Serve Guidelines
- Use the designated plates/bowls at each station.
- Take small portions initially — you can always return for more.
- Do not mix raw meat/seafood with ready-to-eat items.
- Use separate serving utensils provided at each station.
3. Cooking Instructions
- Hot pot: Simmer meats (20–40 seconds), seafood (2–4 minutes, until opaque), vegetables (1–3 minutes).
- Grill: Cook until edges curl/char appears (flip halfway).
- Always ensure poultry, pork, and seafood are fully cooked before eating.
4. Buffet Etiquette & Limits
- Eat what you take — excessive waste may incur a surcharge.
- No take-home boxes for AYCE buffet items (unused raw items left on plates cannot be packed).
- Refills happen continuously; if a tray looks low, just wait 3–5 minutes.
5. Time Limit
Please note: our AYCE buffet allows 120 minutes of dining. Last order call 20 minutes before time ends.
6. Allergies & Special Diets
Ask our staff for an allergen list (common: shellfish, gluten, soy, dairy). Cross-contact may occur in self-serve areas.
