Garnish Island Gin is created by one of the few female distillers in Ireland, Deirdre Bohane. Deirdre is the head gin distiller at West Cork Distillers, a wholly Irish distillery. Distilled in a handcrafted copper pot still, the gin is inspired by the lush gardens of Garnish Island off the southern coast of Ireland. A handcrafted gin inspired by the Italian-style gardens of West Cork's Garnish Island. The recipe uses entirely local herbs, some of which are hibiscus, iris, rose, rosemary and thyme.
