What's New

You can now invite unlimited team members to collaborate on your restaurant menus. Invite staff, managers, chefs, or anyone else who needs to help manage your digital menus. With role-based access control, you can give team members the right level of access - full control for owners, or editor access for staff who only need to update menus.

How It Works

You can invite team members via email with role-based access. Full access users can manage everything including menus, settings, and other users. Editor access users can create and edit menus, sections, and dishes, but cannot delete accounts or change account settings. Invitations expire after 7 days, and you can manage all your team members from one central location.

How to Use It

Here are some practical ways to use team collaboration:

Divide Responsibilities

Restaurant owners can delegate menu management to staff members while maintaining control over account settings and billing. Assign editor access to your chef or manager so they can update menus, prices, and dishes without needing full administrative access.

Multi-Location Management

If you manage multiple restaurant locations, each location manager can have their own access to manage menus for their specific location. This allows for decentralized menu management while keeping everything organized under one account.

Temporary Staff Access

Grant temporary access to seasonal staff, contractors, or consultants who need to update menus during busy periods or special events. You can easily remove access when they're no longer needed.

Role-Based Security

Editor access users can update menus, add dishes, and modify content, but cannot delete accounts, change billing information, or remove other users. This role-based security ensures your account stays protected while enabling productive collaboration.

Getting Started

To invite team members, go to your account invitations page and enter their email address. Choose between full access (can manage everything) or editor access (can edit menus but not change account settings). Your team member will receive an email invitation and can accept to join your account. There's no limit on how many users you can invite.

All users share the same account and can access all menus. Role-based permissions ensure security while enabling collaboration. Invitations use secure tokens and expire after 7 days for security.
